No Refunds Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges for any products once an order has been placed.

Exceptions:
Refunds or replacements will only be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The item arrives damaged during shipping.

  • The wrong product was sent.

To be eligible for a refund or replacement under these exceptions, you must contact us within 5 Days of receiving your order. Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the damage or incorrect item.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund or replacement if the claim does not meet these conditions.
